Job Description TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Plattsburgh, New York. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: ED - Emergency Department ~ Discipline: RN ~ Start Date: 08/11/2025 ~ Duration: 32 weeks ~36 hours per week ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel Duration32 Weeks Start Date08/11/2025 End Date03/23/2026 Shift Group12H Evening Shift03:00 PM - 03:30 AM Hrs/Wk36 Facility: Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Assignment for 16-32 weeks Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance ER RN: Weekend and holiday requirements, no call. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve. Requirements: • tPrior travel preferred • tCharge experience is preferred • t1 year minimum of specialty experience • tAHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC required; TNCC must be active or proof of class prior to start in packet; NIHSS will be required prior to starting • tNY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers • tEpic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • tIVS to OFFER • tMonday to Sunday • tBi-weekly Orientations on Monday • tNo block schedules for any reason • tPlease ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • tThis facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • tPublic Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • tVehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April. #TB_HC Talent Burst Job ID #25-34272.
