School Year 2025-2026: Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist | Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts | Providence, RI
TAPA: Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts, an academically rigorous public charter school for the arts, seeks a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all individuals entering the school building and plays a key role in maintaining a warm, welcoming, and organized front office environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and fluent in both English and Spanish. They must be comfortable working with students, families, and staff and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and care.
TAPA is a vibrant and creative community made stronger by the cultural, racial, ethnic, linguistic, and neurodiverse identities of our students and staff. Nearly all TAPA students are people of color, predominantly Latinx, with many speaking both English and Spanish at home. A significant number of students identify as LGBTQ+.
