We're dedicated to customer satisfaction and the best possible workmanship.The Skid Steer Operator is responsible for operating the Skid Steer to complete various asphalt and paving jobs. Responsibilities Responsibilities & Duties: Properly follow all company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment Maintain daily vehicle logs and keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition Monitor various gauges during operation of vehicle Load and unload equipment or materials Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job-site Perform general labor duties when necessary Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Thorough operational knowledge and skills of related equipment to be operated MUST have 3 years previous experience.
