ABOUT US

We are an established sales organization specializing in residential solar and roofing sales. We operate as an independent dealer network, allowing us to sell all five of the top solar products in the industry (Sunrun, Vivint Solar, Sunnova, Sunpower, and Tesla) as well as roofing services from a vetted network of roofers. We offer competitive redlines, an aggressive commission structure, and high-quality leads. With 15 locations across the U.S. and ongoing expansion, we are seeking experienced leaders in residential solar sales to manage and mentor Sales Managers, helping them build, grow, and manage sales performance within their territories. Territories vary based on population density but generally cover 1-3 states.

ABOUT THE JOB

We establish Sales Managers in exclusive territories and seek Regional Sales Directors to support their success. Your role will include working with existing Sales Managers and recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new Sales Managers in additional territories. Our smaller territories typically produce 75+ deals per month, while top-performing territories exceed 300+ deals.
