Job Duties:
*Sourcing candidates via job boards and other channels.
*Screen and assess resumes and applications to find the most qualified candidates.
*Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess experience and fit for the role and the company.
*Communicate with the company and introduce the candidates
*Scheduling interviews
*Place candidates to the opening positions at company
*Follow up with candidates after they start working at the company.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree MUST
*Fluency in Japanese and English is MUST
*At least 2 years of Recruiting / HR experience is ideal
*Sales experience is a plus
