MarketRaze is a fast-growing web design agency helping home service businesses (contractors, roofers, HVAC, remodelers) generate 10–20 quote requests/month with premium lead-generating websites.

We’re building a high-performance outbound team — and we’re looking for appointment setters who want to earn big, grow fast, and take full control of their income.

💼 Role: Appointment Setter (Remote)

• 💰 Commission: 7.5% per closed deal you set
• 💸 Monthly Bonus: $1,000 if you hit quota
• 📲 Start with your own phone for 30–60 days
• → After 2 months of consistent appointments, we provide a business phone + tools

🔢 Earnings Breakdown:

• Avg deal size = $1,000–$3,500
• You earn $75–$262.50 per closed deal
• Hit quota? Bonus kicks in. No cap on commission.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily cold calls , DMs , and messages to contractors (using your own phone)
• Use proven scripts to:
• Spark interest
• Qualify prospects
• Book discovery calls for our closers
• Log outreach in our CRM or lead tracker
• Follow up with leads, missed calls, and no-shows
• Attend weekly training and accountability calls

🎯 Daily & Monthly Targets:

• 📞 75+ cold calls per day or
• 💬 150+ DMs/emails per day
• 📅 Set 2–3 qualified appointments per day
• 🎯 Monthly goal: 40–50 booked appointments

• 7.5% commission on every closed deal from your appointments
• → Example: $2,000 deal = $150 for you
• $1,000 bonus every month you hit 40+ appointments
• Opportunity to level up to Closer (higher commissions)
