Job Description

About the Company

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of people and their pets? What about having the opportunity to connect with others across the world, full of stimulating discussions, and making impactful contributions? If this is how you see your career, HICC is the place to be!

About the Role

As the GTM Lead, you will be the central point of contact for all product launches and marketing campaigns , driving alignment across teams and executing end-to-end strategies to bring products to market . You will ensure the smooth execution of go-to-market plans, while also owning brand management, positioning, and post-launch optimization. This role requires you to act as a close partner to the Director of Growth Marketing and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure launch success and performance tracking.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all products are successfully launched, marketed, and optimized based on customer feedback and data-driven insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Product Launch Management & Brand Strategy Integration:

You’ll lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across all teams (product, marketing, sales, ops). This includes managing timelines, deliverables, and execution adjustments as needed. You’ll also integrate brand messaging and positioning into every launch to ensure consistency, working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to align with the overall brand strategy.

  • Brand Management & Positioning:

As the brand steward, you’ll define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all product launches and ongoing marketing efforts. You’ll ensure all product communications are aligned with the company’s brand values and visual identity.

  • Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, & Training:

You’ll create targeted materials, tools, and assets (e.g., product decks, training documents, FAQs) to equip the sales and customer teams with the resources they need to effectively position products and engage with customers. You’ll lead training sessions to ensure teams are fully prepared to communicate the brand and product value effectively.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

You’ll act as the central point of contact between multiple teams—working with product development, sales, and operations to ensure launch readiness. You’ll facilitate decisions around product positioning, marketing campaigns, and distribution.

  • Brand and Product Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

After the product launch, you’ll track performance against KPIs, monitor brand health, and gather feedback to ensure the product’s positioning and performance are on track. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to analyze data and refine strategies, ensuring that both product and brand performance continue to align with goals.

  • Support Portfolio Renovation, Pack Changes, and Geographic Rollouts:

You’ll manage product packaging changes, portfolio renovations, and geographic rollouts, ensuring these initiatives are executed smoothly and are in line with the overall product and brand strategy. You’ll work with the Director of Growth Marketing to ensure that these changes align with the brand’s vision as the product enters new markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or brand management, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), eCommerce, or other consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong experience in leading and executing successful product launches and brand positioning within CPG or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record in executing cross-functional collaboration, working across teams (marketing, sales and product development).
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, or consumer-facing brands, and understanding consumer behaviors, trends, and demand generation in the CPG sector.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—this is a fast-paced, result-driven role.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing GTM strategies.

Who You Are

  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results.
  • A curious and proactive individual who always seeks to improve processes and outcomes.
