Executive Personal Assistant (EPA)
Full-Time or Part-Time | $28 - $32 per hour

We're looking for an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support a busy law firm owner in both professional and personal capacities. This role is essential in helping the owner focus on leading the firm while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
As a dedicated professional and parent, the owner needs a highly capable assistant who can seamlessly balance administrative, household, and event management tasks. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excel at problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage and align both personal and professional calendars.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and networking engagements.
Plan and oversee office meetings, celebrations, and team events.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements for business and family, including flights, hotels, transportation, and dining.
Communication & Correspondence
Organize and manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
Screen and handle calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
Draft professional communications, thank-you notes, and correspondence.
Office, Marketing & Event Support
Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and manage action items.
Assist with marketing efforts by maintaining referral lists and networking contacts.
Plan and support business events such as workshops, client appreciation events, and networking functions.
Handle event logistics, including venue bookings, catering, invitations, and materials preparation.
Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution.
Manage post-event follow-ups, such as thank-you notes and feedback collection.
Project & Task Management
Oversee professional and personal projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes.
Monitor and track progress on various initiatives, providing updates as needed.
Develop systems to improve efficiency and workflow.
Personal & Household Management
Serve as an accountability partner to ensure personal and professional goals stay on track.
Plan and coordinate personal events such as dinner parties and celebrations.
Manage family schedules, including children's appointments and activities.
Assist with occasional childcare needs, such as school pick-ups.
Organize and maintain home office and personal spaces.
Oversee household projects, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Manage household vendors, including housekeepers, landscapers, and handymen.
Handle errands, grocery shopping, laundry, and dry-cleaning tasks.
