**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director,( Corporate Banking Relationship Management Senior Manager) as part of the Financial Institutions Corporate & Investment Banking team to lead the Emerging Growth U.S. Banks team, focused on coverage of Bank clients in the United States. This individual will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing profitable relationships with Banks who are Corporate Banking clients with assets below $20Bn. (Emerging growth segment). This role will also manage and develop a specialized team of managers and individual contributors covering the Emerging growth segment for US/Domestic market under the Global Banks vertical. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a broad range of Banks clients and delivering the full platform of Wells Fargo's capabilities including Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, M&A related Acquisition Finance, Treasury Management, Macro solutions, Global Receivables & Trade and Credit. The successful candidate should have a proven ability to develop internal and external relationships and have relevant corporate banking experience. **Financial Institution/Banks sector experience is a requirement.** In this role, you will: + Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk + Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the Corporate Banking function + Identify and recommend opportunities for development of lasting, influential, consultative client relationships with key decision makers at all levels + Develop and implement business development plan to support objectives + Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Corporate Banking functional area team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables + Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility + Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers + Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Banking Relationship Management + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 3+ years of management or leadership experience ​ **Desired Qualifications:** + Financial Institution/Banks sector experience is a requirement **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 40% of the time + Registration for FINRA Series 7 (or 79) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. + Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. + For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required **Location:** + Charlotte, NC + Miami, FL + San Francisco, CA **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
