About the Role The Director of Sales is responsible for the management of all sales administration employees and assists the Marketing Director in the leadership of the sales and marketing team. In the Marketing Director’s absence, the Director of Sales will assume delegated authority over the sales and marketing team. You will assist the Marketing Director in achieving business growth and profitability objectives, integration with the hospitality operations departments and development of budgets and business plans. Ensure that all functional areas of the sales administration department and customer service levels are consistent with Four Seasons standards and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and as prescribed by the Director of Finance.
