Petersen + Landis, P.C., a boutique M&A law firm headquartered in San Diego, with offices in Chicago, is seeking a corporate associate attorney with at least 4 years experience working for a firm or in-house on corporate law matters, with significant experience with or exposure to M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience executing M&A transactions. The associate must be comfortable drafting substantive transactional documents and assisting in processing deals from start to finish. Looking for motivated attorneys who want to have client contact and the opportunity to negotiate and process deal terms and documents with counterparty counsel.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Admission in California is required.
