Job Details Job Location: UCP Downtown BETA Campus - Orlando, FL Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Description: Looking to make a difference in an innovative and dynamic non-profit agency? Job Summary: The position will work in partnership with Principals, Assistant Principals, and Teachers to assist multiple campuses in integrating performing arts (music, dance, drama) into the curriculum. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of related experience, a passion for teaching children (PreK – 12th Grade), experience working with adults, and a background in arts integration and community arts organizations. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct instructional support, coaching, and guidance to teachers for arts integration within classrooms and curricula, aligned with standards and learning targets. Develop, select, and model lessons that meaningfully incorporate performing arts as instructional strategies. Provide art tools necessary for instruction to students. Collaborate with teachers to develop plans for improving student performance through arts integration. Assist teachers in creating accommodations and adaptations for full student participation. Help create an arts-integrated classroom environment that promotes student involvement and achievement. Contribute to planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods for arts integration. Participate in and deliver professional development on arts integration to families and staff. Lead the creation and execution of performances, such as student shows. Assist in coordinating artist-in-residence programs and arts-related field trips. Perform other related duties as assigned.
